What makes a product natural?

We define Natural as being derived from naturally-occurring ingredients.

What makes a product Organic?

Organic products are produced using methods that do not involve modern synthetic inputs such as synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, genetically modified organisms, and are not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents, or chemical food additives.

Are all products free from parabens, sulphates and petrochemicals?

Yes, all products are paraben-free, sulphate-free, and petrochemical-free.

What is the shelf life of the products?

Shelf life is 12+ months for PureCeuticals.

Shelf life is 8-12 months for Naturals.

What is the difference between PureCeuticals (Clinical) and Naturals line?

PureCeuticals (Clinical-Botanical) All products are 90-97% natural and 100% vegan with pharmaceutical grade active ingredients such as peptides, L-Ascorbic acid, retinol, azelaic acid, lactic, salicylic and glycolic acids, niacinamide, and an advanced generation of powerful, naturally derived, anti-aging ingredients – Shelf Life is 12 months.

PureCeuticals (Naturals) – All products are all natural, premium botanicals and certified organic ingredients, with high levels of active ingredients such as plant stem cells, organic shea butter, amazonian fruit butters and nut oils, sugar cane, nutripeptides, grape skin extract, and sugar apple extracts.  Shelf Life is 8 – 10 months.

Where are the products produced?

All products are produced in a state of the art dermatology lab in Vancouver where master chemists oversee every step of the process.  Botanical ingredients are hand-picked, and extracted in-house using a traditional steam distillation method which preserves their medicinal and therapeutic benefits. The Lab’s formulation team has over forty years of experience in organic chemistry, and aesthetics.

Are any products tested on animals?

No, PureCeuticals has not and will not test on animals and has been PETA Approved.

Are all ingredients listed on the back label?

Yes, all ingredients are full and accurate on the back label per the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) format and guidelines.

Are Products safe for pregnant or lactating women?

Pregnant or lactating women should avoid Retinol and high percentages of Glycolic and Salicylic.
