Clarifying Duo

Clarifying Treatment Serum:

• .02% Azelaic Acid – A pharmaceutical anti-acne agent that provides antibacterial and comedolytic effects. Helps to stop the growth of skin bacteria that causes acne and keep the skin pores clean. Also acts as a skin lightener.
• 7% Lactic Acid – A hydrating alpha-hydroxy acid (plant derived), exfoliates, refines and perfects the surface of the skin by evening out skin tone and reducing wrinkles.
• 1.5% Salicylic Acid –Is a ‘keratolytic’ as it breaks down and exfoliates dead skin cells, preventing cell buildup in the hair follicle (pores). It is also beneficial for minor lightening from acne scarring.
• Tomato Extract – Is rich in vitamins and minerals and purifying to the skin. Helps balance the pH of the skin and regulate sebum. Tomato contains Lycopene, a powerful anti-oxidant that helps prevent collagen deterioration and acts as a free radical scavenger.
• Niacinamide – Vitamin B3 is a very stable vitamin, which offers a wide range of well-documented benefits for the skin. It has been used to clarify pigment, and is particularly beneficial for blemished, dry or sensitive skin or as an anti-wrinkle treatment.
• BioSulphur – Offers three benefits to breakout prone skin: antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and sebum regulating.

Clarifying Creme:

• Asafetida Root Extract – Promotes healing and helps reduce melanocyte activity in areas where old blemishes caused discoloration.
• Tea Tree Oil – Helps eliminate bacteria and prevent future breakouts through its detoxifying and antiseptic properties.
• Lavender Oil – Soothes eruptive tendencies and calms irritated skin.
• Ylang-Ylang Oil – Helps to balance to reduce oil production through its antiseptic and calming effects.

Clarifying Treatment Serum:
Aqua (Purified Water), Alcohol Denat. (38b, Lemon), Lactic Acid, Tetrahydroxypropyl Ethylenediamine, Propanediol, Polysorbate 20, Salicylic Acid, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Niacinamide, Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Sorbic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Ferulic Acid, Glycerin (and) Aqua (and) Solanum Lycopersicum (Tomato) Fruit Extract, Aqua (and) Taraktogenos Kurzii Seed Oil (and) Nigella Sativa Seed Oil (and) Leptospermum Scoparium Branch/Leaf Oil (and) Potassium Lauroyl Wheat Amino Acids (and) Palm Glycerides (and) Capryloyl Glycine (and) Magnolia Grandiflora Bark Extract, Sulfur, Azelaic Acid, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Menthol, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil.

Clarifying Creme:
Aqua (Purified Water), Stearic Acid, Glycol Distearate, Stearyl Alcohol, Aqua (and) Butylene Glycol (and) Ethoxydiglycol (and) Ferula Foetida (Asafetida) Root Extract, Cellulose Gum, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Yeast Extract (Phyto Hyaluronate), Tocopheryl Acetate, 1,2-Hexanediol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Tropolone, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil.

In the evening after cleansing and toning, apply 1 to 2 pumps of Clarifying Treatment Serum to face, may be applied directly onto acne blemishes and let dry. Avoid the immediate eye area. Some mild stinging may occur at first, then subside. Apply Clarifying Creme after. (Clarifying Creme can be used AM/PM)

Use caution when combining with exfoliating products or procedures, as this may increase sensitivity. Not recommended for use immediately following exfoliation treatments. Use an SPF of at least 15. If irritation develops, discontinue use. A 24 hr patch test is recommended. Not for use on children, keep out of reach.
